Chloe Herman holds a leadership role within our Commercial business unit.  Chloe assists clients with business transactions, including the sale and purchase of businesses, leases, subdivisions and commercial and rural conveyancing.

Chloe is known for providing strategic and effective legal solutions.  Her specialisms extend to supporting our Private Wealth team, where her insights are highly valued.  Chloe regularly advises on the business and commercial application of bespoke structural designs.  She has a pivotal role advising family businesses and charitable entities on governance matters, structural rebuilds and commercial considerations.

Recognised for her results-driven approach, Chloe ensures each client’s unique needs are met with precision and care.  Her dedication to the Cook Islands and Pasifika communities is evident in her commitment to offering accessible legal solutions.

Chloe holds a conjoint Bachelors degree in Management Studies (Human Resources) and Law, as well as a Masters in Law (Hons), both from the University of Waikato.  Her combination of academic excellence and practical experience makes her an invaluable asset to our firm.
