Elizabeth is a specialist property and finance practitioner who regularly advises institutional, commercial, and private clients on vanilla and complex real estate transactions.  She began her legal career in London and following her move to New Zealand was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand on 1 March 2019.

Her experience includes land banking, mixed use development (commercial, shared equity/ownership and residential), property backed secured lending, asset management and wealth management.

Elizabeth also enjoys long standing relationships with several Māori Incorporation and Trust Board clients who consider her a trusted advisor. Committee members appreciate her measured approach when negotiating contracts and her unflinching resolve to secure the best possible outcomes for her clients.
