Fiona is a trained legal secretary supporting the wider legal team to ‘get the job done’.

She has a particular focus in the areas of trusts, succession, and private client matters.

Fiona oversees each private trust Grayson Clements hold records for, assisting clients with Companies Office annual returns for their related private trustee companies, gifting from the ‘settlors’ for each trust, and general administration and record keeping.

Fiona also works closely with Andrew Clements to assist private clients in New Zealand and overseas with their structuring and succession planning.

Her work ensures all documentation and resources for each individual client’s matter proceeds in the most effective and efficient way, and that they receive a professional, well-informed, and stress-free experience.
