As Practice Manager, Kristy works with the directors and business unit leaders particularly focusing on managing the firm’s financial, business and people requirements.

Through the collective efforts of our operations unit, she ensures the firm’s business, support and financial operations are effective and efficient; and, that our people have the right strategy, tools and financial knowledge to reinforce the provision of services to our clients.

Kristy brings a breadth of experience from professional, accounting and institutional sectors.
