Nick advises individuals and business clients within our Private Wealth, Business and Advocacy teams. He regularly advises in the areas of bespoke trust structuring, business enterprise and private inter-party arrangements.

Nick rejoined the Grayson Clements team in 2019 after a secondment in the United States of America at the Chicago-Kent College of Law where he studied international law and trade. His work includes drafting and advising upon documentation for our private wealth, business and advocacy teams.

Nick believes in creating purpose centered solutions to complex problems that are intuitive for clients to utilise.
