Her experience includes estate administration, preparation of wills, trust advice (both Settlors and Trustees), and enduring powers of attorney. Having previously acted in a trustee role with Public Trust, Tammy has a clear understanding of trustee obligations, fiduciary responsibilities, and risk management considerations. She has also led trust and estate management functions, overseen complex files whilst ensuring compliance in the face of legislative change.
