Tefin is a civil litigation lawyer who takes a strategic and pragmatic approach to resolving disputes. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives, assess risk and find the most effective way forward, whether through negotiation, mediation or court proceedings.

As part of Grayson Clements’ Advocacy team, Tefin acts on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, including relationship property, trust and estate matters. He also works on high-value and complex litigation alongside senior counsel.

Tefin also advises clients through Grayson Clements’ Private Wealth team, with particular experience in private wealth structuring, succession planning and contracting out agreements. This combination of advisory and litigation experience gives him a strong understanding of where legal and commercial risks can arise and how they can be addressed early.
